We're a family of local Tampa Bay parents who found ourselves constantly asking the same question: "What should we do with the kids this weekend?"
After years of searching through scattered websites, asking friends for recommendations, and discovering amazing hidden gems (along with a few duds), we decided to create the resource we always wished existed.
Kid Approved Tampa is our way of sharing what we've learned with other families. Every recommendation comes from real experiences with our own kids—from toddler tantrums at the wrong restaurant to discovering that perfect splash pad on a hot summer day.
